As Head of School, I am honored to lead a community dedicated to nurturing
your child's academic, social and emotional growth.

Our name Grow reflects our commitment to excellence and your child's development.

Education is more than just facts, it's about fostering creativity, critical thinking,
social and emotional learning, and personal growth. Our goal is to provide a
caring environment where students can explore their passions, develop essential
skills for the future, and reach their full potential. We value collaboration,
respect and kindness and believe in a strong partnership between home and school.
Our team of educators is dedicated to supporting and guiding each student.
Together, we will create an engaging, inspiring and inclusive learning environment.

How It All Started

Three visionaries, each with their own unique superpowers, came together to create GROW—a school where the focus is on languages and academics, but in a fun and engaging way.

The first, a seasoned educator with a wealth of experience and two teenage sidekicks of her own, is passionately preparing the next generation for the challenges of tomorrow.

The second, a creative businesswoman and mom, brings vibrant energy and a touch of magic to everything she does, thanks to her designer’s eye and flair for creativity.

The third, a devoted dad and island-based business leader (Kosong Satu Group & (The Kedungu Fund), uses his strategic strength and organizational skills to ensure that GROW is a place where children thrive and enjoy every moment.

Together, they are building a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where kids can reach their full potential while having a blast. As construction continues, our excitement builds—we can’t wait to welcome students on their first day and see GROW come to life!

We all know that education is not only based on academic success but also a pathway to personal fulfillment. At GROW we equally want to emphasize the importance of mastering the basic academic knowledge so our children can understand the society and the world they live in. Therefore our mission is to provide each learner with high-quality education provided by highly qualified teachers.

Our school campus is designed to provide a modern and stimulating environment where students can learn, play, and grow. Situated in the heart of Kedungu, our campus features state-of-the-art facilities that enhance the overall educational experience.

Our spacious playground offers a variety of play equipment, including slides, swings, and climbing structures, where students can engage in active play and socialize with their peers.

Recognizing the diverse locations our students come from, we've meticulously planned routes to serve various neighborhoods and communities.

We understand the importance of clear communication with parents. That's why we're committed to keeping you informed about routes, schedules, and any updates or changes. Your feedback is invaluable, and we encourage open dialogue to ensure the best possible service for our students.

Outdoor and Sports

The PE court is a dedicated space for sports and physical education classes, featuring high-quality sports surfaces and equipment for various sports activities, during school as well as after school. More info about ASA’s and evening events for parents coming soon.

Canteen and Bakery

Announcing our school canteen, where we take pride in delivering healthy, nutritious meals that change daily to keep the kids taste buds excited. Each dish is carefully prepared and reviewed by a nutritionist to ensure it meets the highest standards of health and wellness.

We also invite you to visit our cozy bakery at the front of the school. It’s the perfect place for parents to relax, enjoy a cup of coffee, and connect with each other. Whether you’re waiting for your children or simply dropping by, our bakery is a welcoming space for the entire school community.

Health and Safety Policy

GROW is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all students, staff, and visitors.
The school will comply with all relevant health and safety legislation and guidelines.
The principal is responsible for ensuring that the school meets its health and safety obligations.
All staff members are responsible for following health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards or concerns.
Students are responsible for following school rules and instructions related to health and safety.
The school will conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Risk assessments will be documented and reviewed annually.
The school has established emergency procedures for events such as fire, medical emergencies, and lockdown situations.
Emergency procedures are communicated to staff, students, and visitors, and regular drills are conducted.
The school has trained first aiders on site and maintains first aid kits in accessible locations.
Staff are trained in basic first aid procedures, and first aid procedures are prominently displayed
The school provides and maintains safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and emergency lighting.
Safety equipment is regularly inspected and serviced.
Students receive age-appropriate health and safety education.
The school maintains a clean and hygienic environment to prevent the spread of illness and disease
Hazardous materials are stored and handled safely.
Visitors to the school are required to sign in and out at the main office and follow health and safety procedures.
