All About Learnig
Curriculum overview
Our curriculum integrates the most effective practices from global educational systems. For the academic side, we mostly follow the Cambridge Primary curriculum framework. We combine this with teaching strategies inspired from the Primary Years Program, better known as IB PYP.
We have 6 main subject areas: language, mathematics, science, social studies, arts and personal/social/physical education. Here also, we use PYP inspired approaches to learning that will help our students to learn "how to learn". These include thinking, communication, social, research, and self-management skills.
Finally, at GROW, we believe in a holistic, conceptual and inquiry-based approach to education where subjects are not taught in isolation but are woven together to reflect real-world scenarios. By exploring local and global issues, we highlight interconnections between the different subjects, enhancing the relevance and effectiveness of the learning experience.
Please refer to our: curriculum policies for more details, info and examples.
Why language learning is essential at Grow?
At GROW, we make it a point that every student learns both Indonesian and another language because we know it sets them up for a bright future.
Speaking multiple languages isn’t just cool—it opens up new worlds, helping students connect with different cultures and people.
It sharpens their minds, boosts their confidence, and gives them a real edge, whether they’re exploring the world or taking on new challenges.
Exciting news! We're working on bringing you a variety of schedule options very soon, so you can choose the best fit for your child’s language learning journey.
Stay tuned for updates!
